Great Opening Day Jitney Kicks off 2024 Season at DLBC

It was a great afternoon at the club as we hosted our first big event of the season- our Opening Day Jitney. It was great to see the greens packed with 48 bowlers competing in 5 rinks of fours play and 1 rink of triples and about another 20 members cheering them on followed by a great meal of sandwiches, salads and other finger foods.
​Congrats to Joyce Anderson, Carl Hillier and Charlie Hilchie who were the winners of the trophy for this year’s games. Thanks to Heather Salmon for organizing the meal and to Pat During for running the organizing of match side of the day.
